Available plans
Every Space has a plan that sets usage limits (assets, data points, retention) and available features.
Where to manage it
From Settings → Billing (Admins only) you can review the current plan and start a plan change.

The yearly price is roughly 11 months (one month included). Free is monthly only. Start and Premium include unlimited AI Assistant; Premium includes dedicated support.
All plans include groups and members, email alarms and dashboards. Custom branding (logo/colors) requires a paid plan.
Changing plan
- Open Settings → Billing → Update plan.
- Choose monthly or yearly and select a plan card.
- Free → paid: you go to Stripe Checkout; on return you see confirmation on Billing.
- Between paid plans (upgrade or downgrade): review a preview and confirm; the Stripe subscription is updated.
- Manage payment: opens the Stripe Customer Portal (payment method, invoices).
Limit: one Free Space per owner account. If you already have one, the Free card is disabled on other Spaces.
Hitting limits
When you reach asset or data-point limits, the UI shows warning or full-quota banners. Upgrade to a higher plan to keep growing.
